What time will you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time. You may also receive further communication about drop off and pick up if we have another rental in your area on a different day.

On the day before your party we start working on the schedule for drivers. You can often find the times we will setup in your My Account page the day before your party date.

| If an inflatable collapses, exit children and check the electrical breaker. Most times the breaker will turn off from too much power. If Wind speeds exceed 15mph turn the inflatable off and exit the inflatable. Supervision is required at all times

|| Before renting an inflatable, call 811 to have water lines flagged. Only allow us to setup away from sprinkler lines. We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler lines, especially after staking inflatables down to the ground where you ask.

When do I pay for my order?

Accepted Answer

A 50% down payment is due at the time of the order to make your reservation. The remainder of the payment is due 2 days before your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For orders over $1,000 we only require a 25% down payment.

Two days before your party, we will charge all cards on file the full balance of their order or will contact you if you prefer to pay using a different card. We prefer not to accept cash, and only accept business checks before we setup your party.

For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation. You should request the PO well in advance before your event, or pay with a school credit card.

Click on View Details of your order.
Scroll down and click Cancel Order

How do I confirm event details about my party?

Accepted Answer

After you place an order on our website, you will be sent a link to confirm your order. You will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times as part of your confirmation steps, along with a comment box for the setup professional delivering your order.

You may also update your drop off and pick up instructions at any time by visiting your My Account page.

How do I reschedule my order to a new date?

Accepted Answer

To Reschedule your Sky High Party Rentals order, login to your my account page here.

Click on View Details of the order you want to Reschedule.
Scroll down and click on Reschedule.
Select the new date(you may have to double click the new date) & select the correct start/end time, then click Change Date.
Confirm Changes in the popup to change the date of your party.
Check your email to confirm the date/time changes are correct.

How do I book an order?

Here are the step to complete a party reservation at Sky High Party Rentals website.

First enter your party zip code and party date.
Then browse the available party rentals.
Add items to your rental cart by clicking Add to Cart.
Navigate to Checkout or View Cart to complete your reservation.
