• Does the water hose stay connected to the misting fans?

  No, it is not required to have the fan hooked directly to a water source. It can be pre-filled and last up to 4hrs depending on how high the water mist is set to. A water source is needed for all misting fans at the time of setup though as we don't fill the misting fans with water prior to arrival. • Will my guests get wet if the misting fan is facing them?

  No, the air coming from the fans can cool down temperatures by 20 to 30 degrees without getting anyone wet. The mist from the fans is very fine and in hot climates will mostly cool down the temperature of people. The misting fan mist can also be turned off to operate as a normal fan if needed, but we recommend using the misting fans with water. • Is power required for the fan rentals?

  Yes, power is required for all fans. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. The fan uses a standard 110 outlet, but has very low power consumption. If you are having your event at a park, you must ask for permission to use the outlets before booking. • Do the heaters include propane?

  Yes all heaters include a full propane can with every rental. They should last up to 6hrs. If you need an additional can of propane, we do offer additional propane cans for extra. You will need to swap the propane cans when the first one runs out. Before doing so, please turn off the outdoor heater first. Then disconnect the propane heater and connect the new one. Make sure when we come to pick up the outdoor heater that all propane cans rented are returned to avoid additional charges. If youFew readers
