I have a gate code / locked gate / HOA — what does the driver need?

Tell us in advance. The driver needs ANY of these to deliver to a gated property:

1. Gate code — share when you book or text us before delivery day
2. Someone home to open the gate
3. Side or back gate unlocked or with a key in a pre-arranged spot
4. Best phone number for the driver to call when they arrive

If the gate is locked and nobody's home when the driver shows up, we'll have to come back, and a redelivery fee applies. Save us both the trip — let us know access details up front.
