What if my driver is lost or hasn't arrived yet?

Your driver will call you. We instruct every driver to call the order's primary contact number if they hit any access or address issue — make sure the phone number on file is the one you'll have on you at delivery time.

If the driver is running late (traffic, prior stop), you'll hear from us proactively. If you don't, call (281) 606-5867 and we'll get an immediate ETA.
