How do I pay an overdue balance on my order?

To pay for your order, log in to your My Account Page.

After logging in your My Account Page at https://www.skyhighpartyrentals.com/auth/signin

1. Navigate to the Payments Section.
2. Click On View/Pay button on the invoice you need to pay for.
3. Enter your new credit card to pay or choose the dropdown to select a card used in the past that is active.
4. If you are using a new card, make sure to enter the billing address associated with the new card.
5. Click the Green Pay button.

Personal checks are not accepted. Schools, churches, government agencies, and registered nonprofits may pay by business check — please have the check ready at the time of your order to give to the driver at setup. If your party has already passed, you may mail business-check payments to:

Endorse it to Sky High Party Rentals. Write the invoice number in the Memo section of the check so we can apply the payment correctly.
