What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a rescheduling credit that is valid for a future reservation at anytime. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.
**Please Note: Due to Covid-19 We are not able to process any refunds under any conditions at this time.
How to Cancel:
Simply log in to your my account and click the cancel order button. Your store credit will be updated immediately. You may also email us at reseravations@skyhighpartyrentals.com or by phone on the day of the event at (281) 606-5867
