All reservations can be cancelled for any reason including school closure, hurricanes/inclement weather, or an emergency at any time until the date/time of your party. You will not lose any amount paid and we will apply store credit to your account to be used at anytime.

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 We are not able to process any refunds under any conditions at this time. We anticipate schools to reopen after summer which is when you can reschedule your event along with many major school districts in Houston working with us during this difficult time.

How to Cancel:
Simply log in to your my account and click the cancel order button. Your store credit will be updated immediately. You may also email us at reseravations@skyhighpartyrentals.com or by phone on the day of the event at (281) 606-5867
