I'm having trouble checking out on the website — can you help?
Most online checkout problems come from one of two things:
- Billing address mismatch — the address on your card must match what you typed (including apartment number). Even a small discrepancy will cause the system to reject the card.
- Card type — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Some prepaid or gift cards don't process online.
