# Should I tip my delivery driver

Tips are appreciated but absolutely not expected — **only tip for excellent service.** We never ask for tips before your order is delivered.

If you'd like to tip:
- **Electronically at drop-off or pickup** — we make it easy
- **No technology fee** is charged on tips — they go directly to the crews who deliver and pick up your equipment

If our team did a great job, **a 5-star Google review works as well as a tip** and helps a small Texas business even more.
