# Gated property delivery: what does the driver need?

Tell us in advance. The driver needs ANY of these to deliver to a gated property:

1. **Gate code** — share when you book or text us before delivery day
2. **Someone home** to open the gate
3. **Side or back gate** unlocked or with a key in a pre-arranged spot
4. **Best phone number** for the driver to call when they arrive

If the gate is locked and nobody's home when the driver shows up, we'll have to come back, and a redelivery fee applies. Save us both the trip — let us know access details up front.
