# Fixing checkout errors on skyhighpartyrentals.com

Most online checkout problems come from one of two things:

1. **Billing address mismatch** — the address on your card must match what you typed (including apartment number). Even a small discrepancy will cause the system to reject the card.
2. **Card type** — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Some prepaid or gift cards don't process online.
