# Certificate of Insurance (COI): request and cost

Yes. Schools, churches, parks, and many venues require us to email them a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming them as additional insured.

**Cost: $35 add-on.** You can add the COI to your order three ways:
1. **At checkout** — there's a COI option on the checkout page
2. **From the View Cart page** — before you finish checkout
3. **After your order is placed** — call or email us and we'll add it

To issue the COI, email us **reservations@skyhighpartyrentals.com** with:

1. Exact venue name (as they want it listed)
2. Their full mailing address
3. Email recipient(s)
4. Liability amount required (most need $1M general liability — that's our standard COI)

We'll have the certificate emailed within 1 business day.
